Bill Of Material (BOM)

Foundry Bean bill of materials system is a comprehensive list of parts, items, assemblies, subassemblies, intermediate assemblies, documents, drawings, and other materials required to create a product. Whether the product is in engineering cycle or production cycle, Bill of material can be defined for each assembly. Components needs to be defined in item master before adding in the assembly.

Full visibility of the assembly

Use bill of materials or product structure to define a list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies, intermediate assemblies, sub-components, parts, and the quantities of each needed to manufacture the end product. Add item sequence and operation sequence for each component to make the assembly.

Multi level indented BOM

Foundry Bean supports multiple level Bill of material for the assemblies though each component assembly will have only single level structure. Run Create indented bom program before showing multi level bom structure.

Cost Roll-up

Foundry Bean allows you to run sigle level cost rollup or multiple level cost roll-up for each assembly. Cost roll-up depends on the costing method adopted in the organization.
