Foundry Bean captures payment information and stores data in accounting system. Foundry bean reconcile payment and bank credits with invoices to find any missing payment or discrepancy with payment gateway.

Payment application on invoices

A customer may send a single check to pay all of the invoices or part of one invoice. Add invoices and balance amount to be applied for this payment. You cannot over-apply an invoice and total amount applied cannot be more than the deposit amount. For card payment receipt and application are automatically generated.
